I am of good character with no previous convictions for violence, dishonesty or sexual offences. Please consider me for the training courses. I accept irrevocably the conditions outlined below.

1. I will use Noesitherapy for myself, my family and my patients only and will not attempt to run my own teaching programme now or in the future.

2. Though I am at liberty to charge any amount I choose for my services, I will never refuse treatment to anyone who would benefit on the grounds that they were unable to afford my fees. I will give free treatment if it would result in financial hardship to a patient.
